Damage to a bike doesn't only come from crashes – a stone through the radiator from everyday riding can cost you just as much money and equally ruin your day. R&G Radiator Guards are constructed from robust aluminium mesh and frame that doesn't restrict the flow of cooling air but adds a secondary layer of protection, preventing debris flicked up by other road users (or even your own front wheel) from causing damage to the expensive cooling systems. Available in a large range of fitments and colour options.
Available for the Aprilia Tuono 660 and RS 660 '21- '24 models, this R&G Titanium radiator guard is both lightweight and super strong, thanks to its real Titanium (ASTM B265 Grade 1) mesh construction, encased in a seamless aluminium frame.
This specific R&G radiator guard is made from an expanded ASTM B265 Grade 1 Titanium sheet and features a neat, seamless aluminium frame, securely holding the guard in place (utilising existing mounting or brackets). Titanium anodised for a fantastic looking, long-lasting product as well as (most importantly) protecting your expensive and vulnerable radiator from damage. The titanium mesh is twice as strong as standard aluminium mesh guards providing excellent protection from road debris such as: stones, bugs, tyre rubber etc. flicked up from either your own front-wheel or other riders either on track or on the road.
Currently used by British Superbike Championship (BSB) race teams "Riders BMW" and "RAF Reserves BSB Racing", as well as Isle of Man race teams and numerous other race bikes worldwide!
